Artic Animal Antics at the MN Zoo

Brock (Mommy, Monica, and Cullen) went to Artic Animal Antics, a class at the MN Zoo. The boys had a lot of fun making snow, coloring, meeting animals, and playing with the parachute. Brock was really excited when the teacher brought out the chinchilla for the kids to pet. He also loved the lizard:-)

Halloween.....

The boys were really excited for Halloween this year. It all started a few weeks back with picking out our pumpkins at the pumpkin patch and carving them with Grandma Laurie. Next, we did some decorating around the house. Tim picked out his costume, "The Incredible Hulk," and Brock was happy with "Mickey Mouse." (Tim's costume from a few years ago.) Finally, Halloween arrived and they went trick-or-treating with Daddy!

We also went to a birthday party with a Halloweeen theme and they got to wear their costumes one more time:-)

Trip to the Apple Orchard

Tim had his first school field trip at the Lakeville Apple Orchard. Kristine took the day off to go along with Tim and his class. The kids got to help make apple juice, go on a hay-ride, pick apples, and their favorite part, climbing and playing in the hay. The weather was great and we had a great time! We made apple turn-overs with our apples to wrap things up!

Tough Love! In reverse?

"I'm having ice cream instead of dinner and that's that, Mom! "

Brock can get into the freezer now and knows right where all the treats are located. On this day, he helped himself to an ice cream sandwich.

Tim Turns Five!

Tim turned five and started pre-school all on the same day! It was quite an exhausting day for him to say the least! His thoughts about his first day of school were, "It's so boring!" We're hoping that attitude changes very soon!:-) He was very excited about turning five but reminded us several times that he's still our little boy. He had his party at Blainebrook Bowl and said it was "great!" Many of his friends were able to join him in shooting for a strike!

Brock's 2nd Birthday

Brock turned two on July 27th. We ended up celebrating a couple different times with friends and family. He enjoyed the several sittings of cake:-) A few situations that describe him at this age: standing on the kitchen table pouring his milk on the floor, standing on the dining room table hanging on the chandelier, and "diving" to the floor from the couch during the Olympics. Although he's quite the dare-devil, he's also a very sweet little cuddler. His favorite thing to do is lay with his "blankies" and kick-back! (Besides brushing his teeth!)
