Brock the Baker

Brock has been a big help in the kitchen lately! He enjoys setting the table every night with plates and cups. (Tim usually helps too but isn't as enthusiastic.) He likes to stand next to me at the stove to "see." This night he stole the oven mits and was putting on quite a show in the kitchen!

ELMO Live

Grandma Laurie and Grandpa Jerry brought Brock to ELMO live! He was very excited to see Oscar, Big Bird, Zoe, and of course, ELMO. All the way home he kept repeating, "fun, fun."

SNOW and more SNOW

After pneumonia struck, the boys were excited to get outside and play in the snow! They had a great time helping Dad shovel the driveway and entrance. (However, Dad was not so thrilled to be out there AGAIN clearing the snow.)

Santa Makes a Mistake

Long story, short......

Santa brought these two extremely lovable cats to our house for the boys. Hanzel and Rudy made themselves at home immediately, napping on the couch within an hour of arrival. Tim bonded with his cat, Rudy, instantly showing him around the house and telling him where to sleep. (On his bed.) Brock greeted them with equal excitement and chased them around the house and under the bed.

Within a day or so, Brock developed a bad cough and with a call to the allergist, Santa had to take them back.

With a heavy heart, Hanzel and Rudy were gone as quick as the came!

Star Wars

The boys are totally into "Star Wars" right now and love pretending to be Storm Troopers or Luke Skywalker. They take it very serious! Notice all the other toys laying around......they played with all of them too! Nothing went on-touched :-)

Christmas

All our Christmas parties were spread out this year which was really nice. We had time to stay and enjoy the food and company without being rushed like years past. Unfortunately, Brock came down with pneumonia and missed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but Tim was able to see everyone.

Music Program

Tim and Brock have music class at their daycare. Ms. Paula comes once a week for music lessons. Pictured above is a snapshot of their Christmas program in which they each played an instrument and sang. It was pretty cute. By the end of the program, only 3 boys remained on the stage.
